What is the StampMitra Lawyer Partners programme?

StampMitra is India's digital legal platform for e-Stamp Papers and Business Setup, operated by Bani Global Industries LLP. Customers come to StampMitra for documents such as legal notices, affidavits and agreements, and for help with business setup.

The Lawyer Partners programme is how verified advocates, and in future notaries, take on the legal drafting, signing and review parts of that work. Partners work from one portal with their own dashboard, assignments inbox, drafting studio, document vault, DSC signing and earnings ledger.

What is the programme not?

  • It is not a government service. stampmitra.in is privately operated and independent, and it is not affiliated with the Government of India.
  • It is not open sign-up. Accounts are created by StampMitra after an application is reviewed and your enrolment is verified.
  • It is not a source of legal advice for the public. This site is written for advocates and notaries who are considering joining as partners.
  • It is not a job listing. Partners work under a signed, versioned partner agreement, and fees, taxes and payout terms are set in that agreement.
