Common questions about legal review work

What does a legal review assignment involve?

You read the document the customer uploaded, add comments, flag risks and return a review the customer can act on. The customer also provides a short background note and related correspondence where available. The case closes when the customer confirms they have what they need.

Do I have to draft anything in a legal review?

No. Review work needs no drafting unless the customer asks for it. Your output is the commented document and your risk flags, shared with the customer through the portal. If the customer wants a revised draft, that is a separate piece of work agreed through the case.

How is a legal review signed and closed?

You sign the review note with your DSC and share it with the customer in the portal. When the customer confirms, you close the case and the earning moves to your ledger. The review note is stored as a versioned document in the case vault.
